Our signature Midas blend seeks to deliver a balanced espresso with medium body. Through a medium roast, we can achieve an espresso that maintains sweetness and fruity flavours without being overwhelmingly bitter or intense. This allows us to showcase the unique characteristics and flavours of the coffees we include. At Au79, we use Midas as the base of all our milk-based espresso coffees, as the blend is designed to create a balanced and delicious milk coffee. However, because of the roasting style and choice of components, Midas also tastes great served as an espresso or long black.
